INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

Professional Development Solutions UK (PDSUK) has created a programme which has the objective of developing business opportunities between China and the UK by identifying Chinese graduates employed in industry, commerce and the professions in China who would be suitable for appropriate work placements with SMEs in the UK whilst studying for MBAs or other relevant qualifications.

The graduates would work within the UK companies with the objective of supporting existing UK / China business relationships or contributing to the development of new relationships.
The graduates would have good command of business English, would have a skills and experience relevant to their placement and would be subject to strenuous screening in China, including on line interview with potential placement companies, before arriving in the UK.

The study in the UK would be appropriate to the needs of both the graduate and the placement organisation, would be on a part time basis (including weekends) by agreement and will be the responsibility of PDSUK working with the academic institutions in accordance with the relevant regulations.

The graduates would receive remuneration by agreement and dependent upon the specific circumstances of the placement.

The placement would be for up to 3 years with again the possibility of extension dependent upon circumstances.

The opportunity to develop relationships with the relevant companies and organisations would be supported by PDSUK working with all the appropriate agencies both in China and the UK.
